If you find yourself tossing and turning and unable to fall asleep at night, you are not alone. Maybe you’ve tried meditation, imposing a screen curfew or adapting a sleep-optimizing diet or vitamin regimen.
Yet, maybe the good sleep still evades you. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports that about a third of Americans are not getting enough sleep on a regular basis. Since studies show that sleeping less than seven hours a night can also be linked to increased risks of high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke — getting at least seven hours (if not more) should be a priority.
Suppose you’ve exhausted your free options (including a few of those good dark screen youtube videos), maybe you want to invest a bit more in your sleep with a few products that might make the bedtime process easier. Whether it’s making your bed the hyper-comfy refuge from waking hour stresses to devices that can help tune out some of the more sleep killing vibes, you might just find a way to make your nights infinitely more restful.
