All Eyes Are On Emily Ratajkowski And Her \ud83d\udd25Abs In Purple Metallic Lingerie At Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show

  • Emily Ratajkowski, 30, just took the Savage X Fenty runway by storm in a bright purple metallic lingerie set.
  • Her washboard abs and toned legs were on full display.
  • The model says ordering takeout Thai food and going to Zumba classes helps her take care of her mental and physical health.

Emily Ratajkowski, 30, could not have looked more toned at the Savage X Fenty fashion show. The model put her best feet (and legs, and abs) forward while rocking a bright purple metallic lingerie set on the runway.

But as fit as Em looks, she’s been stepping up her mental health game recently, too. She wasn’t always into self-care: “I feel like, at least for me, that was a very new idea in the last two years,” she told InStyle. “Most of my life [physical and mental health] were very disconnected, but now I check in with myself more.”

Pampering herself helps her bring her A-game when she models, like in this pic:

And this one:

Wondering how Emily tones her killer core? She told InStyle that, while she enjoys a good workout, she’s not always super focused in the gym. “I’m one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there’s a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me,” she said.

She’s found that Zumba is the perfect mix of socialization and motivation. “The music keeps me really focused and in the zone,” she said, per InStyle. “You just feel like you’re, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it’s a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”

As for her mental health, Em’s routine is basic—but it works. “Sometimes that means ordering a mountain of Thai food and staying at home and watching TV — and that can be wellness,” she explained. “I love eating a meal in bed on like, a Thursday night or whatever instead of going out and just being cozy.”

For Emily, mental health and physical health are equally important. “I’m all about the balance of that stuff and I really, as cheesy as this sounds, truly believe that mental and physical are really aligned, so taking care of yourself physically will help you mentally and vice versa,” she told InStyle.

She has a pretty steady diet, too. “Every day I go to Blacktop Coffee and get this pastry called kouign-amann with my black coffee,” she told Harper’s Bazaar back in 2015. Then, “lunch is usually a salad or a sandwich. If I’m on set, I’ll have catering, but I’m well-behaved with that stuff. It’s easy to go crazy—they know how to feed you.”

Dinner takes place at a restaurant. “I never eat at home,” she said. “Dinner is my time to be social and catch up with people. I love this Italian restaurant downtown called Bestia. It’s kind of fun, they have good cocktails and wine. If I’m trying to be a little healthier, there’s Café Gratitude downtown. There’s amazing sushi at this tiny place called Mako in Little Tokyo. And I also love uni. Anything with uni in it is great for me.”

Cheers to that, Emily—currently making my next reservation.
