Jennifer Lopez’s Abs Need To Be Seen To Be Believed In This New TikTok Video

  • Jennifer Lopez, 51, just showed off her toned abs in a new bikini TikTok video.
  • She shared the video from the Dominican Republic, where she’s filming a new movie.
  • J.Lo has an intense ab circuit–featuring a 45-pound plate—that keeps her core strong.

Jennifer Lopez is currently filming her new movie Shotgun Wedding in the Dominican Republic. And, apparently, she’s having a great time in between takes.

The actress, 51, posted a new TikTok video of herself in a gorgeous yellow bikini (want), dancing to Masked Wolf’s “Astronaut in the Ocean,” while hanging out poolside, as one does. She’s not wearing any makeup and her hair is up in a messy bun—and she looks all kinds of stunning.

People pretty much fell over themselves in the comments. “How is it possible for you to still look that good,” one fan wrote. “She looks better than 90% of 20 year olds out there!!” another said. Truth.

It’s kinda hard to miss the fact that the “In The Morning” singer’s abs look ridiculously toned in the video. Yes, this is J.Lo and yes, we should all be used to the fact that she looks this amazing. But wow.

Of course, the Marry Me star has made it clear that she works hard to look like this. Not only does J.Lo regularly post pics and videos of herself doing challenging-looking workouts, but her trainer also says she brings her A-game every time she hits the gym.

In 2019, J.Lo’s trainer Dodd Romero shared her intense abs circuit with O, the Oprah Magazine, which consists of a set of 50 hanging ab raises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. She follows that up with another set of 35 each, followed by a third set of 21 each—with no breaks, you guys!

She also eats really well, according to her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez. He told Us Weekly that her fridge is always stocked with sparkling water and plenty of fruits and veggies. “There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice,” he added, along with eggs and turkey bacon.
