Now You Can Sleep With Harry Styles — Thanks to Calm App

Have you ever wanted to be lulled into a gentle, snuggly sleep with the deep, soft accented voice of Harry Styles? Dreams really do come true! No, you won’t be nestled against his tattooed chest while he plays with your hair and tells you he’s proud of you — but his new collaboration with meditation app Calm is the next best thing.

In a 30-minute feature sleep story designed to help you fall asleep and settle down, the exclusive “Dream With Me” story (narrated by Harry) guides listeners on a journey to rest and relaxation that may even be better than your dark screen videos or melatonin.

“Sleep and meditation are a huge part of my routine, whether I’m at home, in the studio, or out on the road,” Styles said in a statement about the collab. “Rest and recovery is as important as doing the work. Finding a balance has been endlessly beneficial to both my physical and mental health. It’s changed my life.”

Styles — who is notably good and sweet (and an Aquarius, which either means everything or nothing to you) — had previously invested in the app in 2018. He also advocates for mental health among his fans, and shared in an interview that it took him a while to realize therapy and mental health self-care was something that could work for him.

“I think for a really long time, especially when I started coming to California, there was a big thing for me where I felt like everyone went to therapy,” He said in a radio interview in 2019. “And I think for a long time I was like, ‘I don’t need that. You know, it’s very like British way of looking at it, I think.”

And look how far he’s come from being “I don’t know if it’s for me” to creating a mindful, mental health tool of his own: “I’m so happy to be collaborating with Calm at a time when the world needs all the healing it can get. Treat people with kindness.”
